My love of colour began early in life. Working with colour and mixing mediums came naturally, along with an obsession with textiles and sewing. My introduction to Interior design began when I worked in a Lighting Showroom as my first job. It quickly progressed to working full-time as part of the design team. This ignited my desire to learn more and in 2013 I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.  Following this, my journey led me to work in beautiful Rotorua, where I later established Loz Interiors in 2017.

 

I draw much of my inspiration from natures surroundings, with a love of both rural life and our gorgeous coastline fueling my love for creating beautiful homes for beautiful humans. Therefore, relocating to the Horowhenua and Kapiti Coast has truly matched my ethos.

 

My focus is to connect people with their homes in a way that will improve their day to day, by nurturing the relationship with their home, with the view that our homes are a personal extension of us. Colour and texture play an essential role in how we feel within our environment. It refreshes us, aids in relaxation and is an expression of identity.  I like to give my clients the confidence to make their home unique, while still achieving an aesthetic that will grow with them over time. This is where connecting with the homeowner is central to my process, so they can benefit the most from the experience. I'd be honored to help you to create your home.
