Hello! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

I know it may seem like it has been super quiet here at Loz, but quite the contrary!🏃‍♀️ I've been working on some really exciting projects with pedal to the floor and am looking forward to getting back to sharing more inspo with you all!

So back on the horse! Check out this Mood board I constructed earlier in the year for my clients planning their new entry, living, kitchen.

Mood boards are one of my favorite tools when it comes to giving my clients a snapshot of their proposed new interior. I like to provide two aesthetic options at this conceptual stage, typically the first option will include elements that the client may have brought to the table, pieced together to create a cohesive design. Option 2 I like to be a little bit of a 'wild card' where I can apply the design brief in an alternative way, that maybe the clients hadn't yet considered.

Above pictured was the clients Option 2 - the focus for this aesthetic was to provide a neutral/workable palette that would sit well within the bones of the existing home, whilst exploring pattern and texture. Going for one striking colour in the kitchen Island marking the heart of the living/kitchen zones. With this look you can easily introduce 1-2 more colours through artwork and accessories which if desired can be switched out in years to come.
